In our area, any reputable facility has staff on-site that will take care of your needs--or should take care of everything that you need to know. Wedding planners, for a variety of reasons, are not a necessary commodity, and most places discourage them simply for liability reasons, but for a number of other reasons as well, namely lack of purpose, lack of familiarity with the location, liability, etc.
