Can any one refer an offiicant? I want to get married here, but I am having another wedding (destination wedding with all my family and friends on a cruise), but it is rediculously pricey to get married at see. So I want a private ceremony here. |

Best bet would be your local magistrate. Or, as a new thing, get married online.
